Conner Mantz (guest), Tuohy & Myers Scorcher, Valby's Pro Debut, NCAA Mile Record in Jeopardy?

Conner Mantz, the new American record holder in the half marathon, joins us at @ 73:29 to discuss taking down Ryan Hall's 18 year-old record in Houston.

Prior to that we break down the latest in the running and track and field world. The indoor season heated up at the Dr. Sander Scorcher at the Armory where Katelyn Tuohy and teen phenom Cam Myers impressed.

Cole Hocker made his 2025 debut and the action really heats up this weekend in Boston at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix (Noah Lyles, Julien Alfred, Grant Fisher, Parker Valby) and Boston University where the NCAA mile record might be under threat by Ethan Strand.
