Mariann talks to Dobroslawa Gogloza about the roots of her activism, the thriving and vital animal activism scene in Poland, and the issues she is focusing on with Open Cages. Dobroslawa is a president and co-founder of an international animal rights organization Open Cages. She is also a co-founder and coordinator of NEAR: Network for Eastern European Animal Rights, an association of animal advocacy organizations dedicated to mutual education, motivation and sharing of resources.
