New Year’s Resolutions are BS. There, we said it. If you’re someone who is constantly working to become the best version of yourself (and we are!), then you don’t have to wait for January 1 to implement good, stackable habits.

That being said, we are going to share a few things with you all that we want to start/try/build upon in 2025. And we want to hear yours, too! What are you making more space for? What are you saying goodbye to? What are you proud of?
