一场轰轰烈烈的大回暖已经拉开序幕。
昨日,全国大部的阳光“充值”成功,而今天(19日)开始至周末,升温势头则更猛烈,华北南部、黄淮及其以南多地最高气温可超25℃。
东风送暖,明日17时1分也将迎来春分节气。春色从此分,何处春意更浓?不妨走出家门,去邂逅千花百卉满目葱茏,感受中式春景的诗意浪漫。

虽说气温已进入回暖的“快速通道”,但这乍暖还寒时节,别忽视了冷空气会不时来“搅局”。今明两日,广东仍有弱冷空气补充影响,体感依然是晨晚清凉,昼夜温差拉大。
不过,随着高空转受槽后脊前西北气流的影响,干冷空气占领“主导”,未来两天广东大部的天空状况将逐渐转好,白天随着云量的减少,气温也将逐渐缓慢回升,空气湿度下降。

具体而言,预计19-20日,广东全省晴到多云。早晨最低气温:粤北、粤东和珠江三角洲北部市县7~10℃,雷州半岛15~18℃,其余市县11~14℃。
因为受弱阿冷频繁打扰,广州明后两天气温小幅波动,虽有Sunny哥营业,但转为晴冷节奏,昼夜温差加大,直到21-23日冷空气影响减弱,广州将晴到多云,气温逐日回升。
话说回来,这波大回暖有多暖?简单来说,或暖如常年5月。

每年进入春季后,随着气温升高,人的身体毛孔、汗腺、血管开始舒张,皮肤血液循环也旺盛起来。有些人会出现乏力、想睡觉、精神状态不佳等状况,这就是人们常说的“春困”。

此外,日常生活中加强营养,清淡饮食,多摄入瘦肉、鸡蛋、牛奶等优质蛋白,保持心情舒缓,也对缓解春困有所帮助。
