Charles received a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from University of Texas at Arlington. He joined CWA in 2001, and plays a critical role in growing the firm’s client base as the director of business development and marketing.   He regularly speaks to dental schools and residency programs, study clubs, dental symposiums and state and national dental meetings.
