大城市住宅供不應求的原因

世界主要嘅大城市，都一樣有房屋問題（雖然香港就特別嚴重）。但「係咁起」、「不斷起」亦唔代表可以滿足到所有人。好嘅地段從來都係供不應求，你最想住呢屋、單位就一定係貴。

用呢種心態去處理房屋問題最終都會出現資源錯配嘅問題。

當然，點解出現供不應求，NIMBY 當然係最主要嘅因素，人工貴亦都係。

但更根本嘅問題係：「以為政府可以解決房屋問題。」

好多時地區政治同官僚，先至係供不應求嘅原因。
