Ken Cervera grew up thinking that he needed to be the knight in shining armor, coming to protect his loved ones and save the day. Having all the answers was such a big part of his identity, that he could not ask for help…even when he spiraled down into a deep depression and suicidal ideation.

Luckily for his family and friends, Ken learned how to ask for help and to seek tools for harvesting gold from the dark lessons of his life. With so many people experiencing a similar dark night of the soul with COVID19, Ken shares his life experience to encourage people to reach out for help.
