Believe it or not, there was a time when my health was far from picture-perfect. I battled obesity, wrestled with daily migraines, and relied on knee braces just to run. But here's the kicker: I was hitting the gym hard, clocking in thirty miles a week, and religiously following what I thought was a healthy diet.
