What's better than fun in the sun with your best buds? Canoeing, skinny dipping, raucous sex, murder.... shhhhhh - it's the best times of a young person's life.
This week, we're taking a break from our series on the "Horrors of the Internet" to bring you a very special episode about the most obsessive of obsessive helicopter mothers, Pamela Voorhees. We're talking, of course, of the 1980 classic "Friday the 13th."
As always we bring you a tender, loving discussion of the plot of this more-than-ridiculous 80's teen scream that's been dubbed "the first true slasher movie" - a title we find arguable and generally despicable (but we won't get into that right now).
So take a trip with us to the cool, clear waters of Camp Crystal Lake where we'll watch a group of co-eds get systematically murdered but a psychotic geriatric in a turtleneck sweater on this soggy, slashy, and sopping wet episode of "The Horrorfied Podcast!"
Eeeeenjoy!
