Join us as she takes through some breathing exercises including Yogie Breath (3 part breath), Nadi Sodana (alternate nostril breathing), Bramari Breathing (humming - the bee breath) "RA MA SA DA" music plays as she takes us on a relaxation trip to the Beach.
