Dan van Zyl played for the Springboks between 1997 and 2000, captaining the midweek side on various occasions. He also played both professional Rugby and Cricket in SA and UK. Dan moved to Ireland 16 years ago to start a career in coaching and worked at Leinster for 11 years in Coach and Player Development. He’s coached Leinster u18, 19s and Women's teams, Irish Youths and Irish Universities, and is a World Rugby Coach Educator.
He’s recently started up a business called Rugby Academy Ireland.
