High-tech sensor products and performance analytics tools previously accessible to elite athletes are now part of the consumer IOT revolution. The new tools of quantifying human performance enable more efficient forms of knowledge transfer. Computer aided training equipments empower self-improvement and encourage new forms of indirect competitive behavior, emerging on generalized or specialized apps and social platforms.
