#078: Pat Divilly | Galway's Guy

Pat is an author, speaker and entrepreneur who started a fitness revolution within his home country, Ireland, which all started with about a dozen people from a local boot-camp style beach work out. At the time fitness was not so popular in Ireland but people really gravitated to Pat and it quickly grew into hundreds of attendees. A gym was then started and after a few years, Pat decided to take another route as personal development was what he was working on within his own life and wasn't shy about sharing that online. And from there his online business evolved from fitness of just the body to that of the mind, heart and spirit. He now travels the world, has his own podcast and is continuing to reach hundreds of thousands with his online work. He popped into Vancouver and naturally made a visit to Float House and Vancouver Real.
