We don’t notice how hard we are on ourselves sometimes. I’m not talking about guilt- if you do something wrong, you should feel bad about it. I am talking about self-inflicted anxiety that is slowly taking over your life. The voices in the back of your head saying you’re not good enough- shut them out, they’re nothing but a lie. You’re not perfect, so what? We make mistakes, and learn from them. That’s why we’re human. Love yourself. Take care of yourself, and watch how your life can transform for the better.
