2. Sleep - Shifting my mindset to making sleep and deep rest a priority. Let's take notes from the Spanish and adopt siestas!
3. Connection - Avoid isolation and reach out to your friends, family or support system when you begin to go down the spiral of negative thoughts. Connecting with others get you out of your head and focusing on your relationships with others.
