38. 365 Day of Happiness with Jacqueline Pirtle
Jacqueline is the founder of www.FreakyHealer.com. Set happiness timers every hour (or 3-6 times a day)! When the alarm goes off check in with yourself: How do I feel? Am I happy/feeling good? If yes then keep rocking. If the answer is no then go further: Why don’t I feel good? What do I need in order to get in touch with my happiness in this moment? Then give yourself whatever you need. Love yourself!
It might be helpful to sit down and write a list before this challenge. Ask yourself what makes you feel good and write it all down. The list can range from the sunshine to yoga to Disney cartoons—simply write down anything that feels good and turn to the list when you need a pick-me-up.
