The ban on social media app TikTok has been lifted in India. However, the company is still not out of the woods as the onus on making sure there is no pornography on its platform rests with itself. How will TikTok monitor its platform with millions of users? The answer is artificial intelligence (AI). The app will use a combination of AI, facial recognition software and independent content audit checks.
