Learn How Living in the Moment Will Set You Free from Stress and Pressure as you Live Full Out

Perhaps you believe that it’s too difficult to get into shape and lead a healthier lifestyle. Maybe you have self-doubt when it comes to your talents as an artist. By learning how to treat each day like its your last, you can live full out. Our first caller, Ally, constantly feels like the effort she puts into a friendship isn’t reciprocated by the other person. Ally asks Nancy for advice on how to deal with this. Nancy has three ways that she thinks Ally can handle it, but notes the pros and cons of each step. Regardless of which route she chooses, Nancy tells Ally that is all a learning experience and will guide her focus on the here and now to alleviate the stress this is causing her. Our second caller, Brooklyn, is afraid of confrontation and asks Nancy how she can get better at handling it. Nancy tells her that the important aspects of living life as an adult is that you get to make choices that are best for yourself. It could be uncomfortable at first, but by doing it, it will set yourself free. Our inspirational guest, Donna Wiegle, was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 1990. She lived cancer free for nearly 30 years, until, in April of 2016, she received a diagnosis of ovarian cancer and 5-year prognosis. Instead of harping on the negative aspects of the cards she was dealt, Donna decided to play her hand by living in the moment and using the time she has left to do what she is passionate about. Donna enjoys riding her Harley and is excited to launch her Steel on Wheels cross country trip to spread awareness about ovarian cancer. Our final caller, Kaitlyn, has two best friends that have feelings for each other. She wants them both to be happy, and follow their hearts, but is worried that it may ruin her friendship with them. She asks Nancy for the best course of action. Nancy suggests that when it comes to the matters of the heart its best to leave things alone. And that she should just focus on being the best friend she can be. Perhaps you don’t feel that you have the confidence to stand up for yourself.
