Meg Bradbury (she/her) is certified as a holistic anti-diet nutritionist, Body Trust Provider™, Accessible Yoga™ Teacher, and registered Yoga Alliance™ yoga and meditation teacher. Meg is in private practice working with individuals, groups, and families, advocating for body acceptance, eating disorder/disordered eating/body shame recovery, freedom with food, joyful movement, and stillness/breathwork. Meg’s work is guided by the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size ™, and the Ellyn Satter Institute through a social justice and intersectional feminist lens. Meg’s practice is fat positive, weight neutral, and Q/T/GNC affirming. As an eating disorder and exercise bulimia survivor, Meg’s work is centered in the tenants of Relational Cultural Therapy; she holds space for clients of all ages with compassion, empathy, and humor. Meg is a member of the Association of Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH) and the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance (NAAFA). Meg lives and works in the Los Angeles area.
