2/22/18 - Mark Levin Audio Rewind

On Thursday's Mark Levin show, Charlton Heston explained that the Second Amendment must be considered more essential than the First Amendment. The Second Amendment is the first freedom that defends the rest of our liberties. The Left seeks the destruction of not only the Second Amendment, but the whole of the Constitution. We’re dealing with anti-constitutional radical ideologues. They don’t care about the history of the Second Amendment any more than they care about the history of the First Amendment. We cannot rely on the progressive Left, the media, Hollywood and tenured Marxist professors to protect our children. Also, the Florida Sheriff’s Deputy, Scott Peterson who was on patrol at Marjory Stoneman High school during the shooting, has resigned on Thursday. Video surveillance showed he never entered the school even though he knew the shooting was taking place. We are debating gun control while the FBI and Sheriff’s Deputy screwed up. In addition, President Trump is right about training teachers and other personnel, who are capable, in schools to protect our children. The anti-2nd amendment ideologues and radicals seek not only to impose thoughts about guns but about how we speak about guns. They make it difficult to discuss the wide array of life saving options that school officials and law enforcement can use to protect class rooms. Finally, Marco Rubio was brutalized at the CNN event and has started to buckle on gun control. We are going to add a law on top of law on top of law. Why are we always on defense on this when we are wrong and they are right?
