We were tired, we had no plan, we had no script, and we didn't actually start recording until after we had started talking, so you get to hear how rambling we become, jumping from topic to topic with little sense of direction.
Here, we cover a little of why it is sometimes difficult to use games, the value of vocabulary used in games (not always in the words themselves), how much freedom players should have, and if it is better to have games be more realistic and classroom task focused, or less realistic and more open for student enjoyment.
Kind of, but it goes without saying, this was a late night discussion.
