Today we talk about your Top 20%. They do a lot for us and our top line, what are we doing to reward that?
The Pareto Principle is based on 20% of your customers are going to provide 80% of your revenue. For most golf courses it's closer to 70% but it show the relevance of treating your Top golfers as VIP (because they are!)
Without this group we would keep the lights on, so it is important that they understand we are grateful.
