What do you do when your self-worth is so tied up around one specific thing... and that thing keeps getting taken away from you?
Just recently I tore my meniscus in my knee or tore my MCL, dancing.
This started to bring up feelings of depression, anger, irritability towards my friends and wife, and it all is tied up around my inability to perform, and be active, physically.
So I started to ask the question, Why?
