Partnering with the likes of other underworld figures, including Graham “Abo” Henry and Christopher “Mr Rent-a-kill” Flannery, Neddy tore through Sydney's underworld in the 1970's and 80's. Robbing, raping, selling heroin and murdering with near impunity thanks to a green light given to him by corrupt NSW detective Roger Rogerson.
