Today I’m talking to the rather gorgeous Dr Jack Lewis, neuroscientist and brain expert. Awesomely smart. Biggest takeaways? If you want your brain to function well, be creative and collaborative and if you want to regulate your emotions and respond well to others there are 2 things to do which will radically contribute: (1) meditate for 10-15 minutes every single day and (2) manage your smartphone use. He should know - he’s a scientist! There was so much to talk about that we have part 1 today and part 2 in a few days' time! Great guy and another person in great demand by organisations, TV companies and radio shows yet he graciously gave his time for this interview.
