Gurushabd Singh Khalsa trained Kundalini Yoga with Yogi Bhajan himself for many years. He has a deep intellectual understanding of the mind and human nature and is an expert in helping students deepen their meditation practice. This brings straight away to the highlights of this podcast episode:
Highlights:
- Why Kundalini Meditation is so profound
- The the Gong has the power to enhance your meditation experience
- The power of Dristi focussing on the tip of the nose (brings you into a state of not thinking)
Gurushabd Singh Khalsa married Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa 1982. In that year Gurmukh, at the age of forty-three, gave birth to their daughter, Wahe Guru Kaur. Gurmukh and Gurushabd are Legacy Teachers of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan and I was lucky enough to take their Kundalini Level 1 teacher training in October 2019. in Rishikesh India. It's been an incredible (inner) journey that inspired me deeply and I am happy to share a glimpse of that with you through this podcast episode.
