S05E07 - Laura and Jon McClure (Reverend And The Makers)

Hiyer. It's the British summer (apparently) and that means it's festival season. We went up to the beautiful Lowther deer park, got our culturally appropriative head-dresses on and recorded two banging episodes, which means it's double-dose week on the Two Shot Podcast. First up, in our usual Thursday morning slot, we have Sheffield's own power couple, John and Laura McClure from Reverend And The Makers. We've spoken to Jon before on #TSP051 but we thought we'd invite him back on with his partner Laura to discuss the ins and outs of being a band wife and husband, Rev-enders, tour decompression techniques, penis reviews and a bunch of other stuff. Reverend and the Makers are always out on tour soon so make sure you go and get a ticket and keep an eye out for the forthcoming 2-disc 'best-of', out soon on Cooking Vinyl records.This is a chat from down at the lakeside bar at Kendal Calling festival (forgive the distant drums).
