When a topic is repeatedly put in my path, I pay attention to what it's there to teach me. And the concept of the mind-body connection and the ways in which our unreleased emotions and anger manifest as pain or dis-ease in our bodies is one that seems to be everywhere I look these days. Confirmed by a mini incident I recently experienced, I decided to share what I've been learning around this from multiple sources, and the tools I've started to use to healthily release unwanted and toxic emotions from my own body. I am so fascinated and encouraged by the growing awareness and conversations around this subject, and am hopeful for the healing and growth we'll begin to collectively see as this knowledge is spread.
