I am joined by resilience expert Danny Simmonds who is hilarious and candid in her approach.
Danny gives us some unforgettable analogy's to take away and (if that wasn't enough) I admit to some very personal, VERY relatable thought processes, which were totally unhelpful and the absolute opposite of resilient!
Thank goodness Danny came on the show today to sort my head out as I'm not sure my family could take much more of me :)
