Rachel Giannini is a childhood specialist, an early childhood advocate, and a video blog host for the feature-length documentary, No Small Matter, and Chicago Children’s Museum. As for the bill mentioned in the podcast, it was passed! The Childcare Development Block Grant was added to the CARES Act ensuring that money will be made available in the fall.
