Marketing leverage. Every time you get a listing, you get a free billboard for buyers and future sellers in the neighborhood. Make sure you price it right and get it sold. So when other buyers see the sold sign, they’ll know that you’re the agent that gets results. Agent leverage. When you have a listing, you attract buyers and buyers’ agents.
