I love to set my intentions at the top of each month. It helps me stay focused and in alignment with whatever I want to bring to fruition for myself. Intentions are different than goals. In fact, I much prefer setting intentions because they allow me to stay in a high vibe without attaching myself to a specific outcome. For me, a goal can limit me and cause me to think there's just one to do something. Whereas an intention reminds me of how I want to feel, rather than what I want to achieve.
