According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting over 40 million adults age 18 and older. That's over 18.1% of the population. And that's without virtual schooling and a pandemic at our doors.
The good news is, you are not alone. In this episode we pull back the covers on our own relationship with anxiety, and mental health. We are sharing how it has impacted us and more importantly, how we cope. Through our stories we hope to pass the baton of awareness (and available resources) to others.
