Set intentions and plan on how you want your day to go. Be intentional with your self care goals. Make it a routine and stay consistent.
Look at your current routine and determine which activity can be replaced with a self care activity. Track your progress and monitor the shifts that you feel in your energy from investing in yourself.

To improve self care you must focus on all aspects (physical, social, mental, spiritual and emotional).

Mentally you need to stay sharp and participate in things that stimulate your mind.

Emotionally
If something feels wrong, don't do it. Do what feels right to your soul. Say what you mean and do not feel guilty about it. Avoid the need to be a people pleaser. Avoid negative self talk and be kind and lenient to yourself. Let go of things that are out of your control. Avoid negativity, bad vibes and drama.
