Today G expands on this habit some of us fall into wherein we say we "should" do something but fail to actually get started, or do it, and then experience the waterfall of negative emotions that follow the act of letting ourselves down.
In episode 148. Need vs. Should, (part 1), Garrett helps us identify what a "need" truly is: something that is deeply, soulfully aligned for us, that created a full-body "yes" and a burning desire to act, with urgency! For example: I NEED to get up early to get that workout in.. and then we do it. Versus saying "I should lose weight" but doing nothing about it.
In this episode we discuss how sometimes a "should" is something that could be aligned for you but that your limiting beliefs are keeping you from turning the "should" into "need." Listen to the episode teaching all about limiting beliefs, here.
