Fish Oil - Contains Omega-3 fatty acids that are essential nutrients that are important in preventing and managing heart disease. It may also reduce your risk of health conditions such as heart disease, migraine, and depression. Also promotes better sleep. Insomnia is a common symptom of magnesium deficiency. Magnesium plays a role in supporting deep, restorative sleep by maintaining healthy levels of GABA, a neurotransmitter that promotes sleep. Water - Divide your weight by 2 and drink that many ounces of water/day. I weight 180lbs. and try to drink 90 ounces of water/day. Staying hydrated flushes out toxins and waste, decreases food cravings, increases energy levels, supports healthy kidneys, lubricates and cushions joints, prevents muscle cramps, regulates body temp, reduces inflammation, and slows aging. You should be peeing every few hours with clear urine color.
