To thrive in relationships and work; people and social skills is needed. Understand yourself first, learn basic good manners and other tenets of good behavior and generally acceptable social practices.
You have to also learn about other people because you can’t interact with what you don’t know. A little bit of behavioral psychology, you don’t have to go too deep; just look at psychological biases and be informed about why people behave the way they do. The Halo effect, bystander apathy, inattentional blindness and more, learn what these biases are and how they affect you.
