本期节目的嘉宾小苏15岁就去到日本北海道，在20岁出头时成为了一位电台DJ，为听友介绍自己喜爱的音乐，也采访过秦基博、MISIA、Perfume等日本知名歌手。当时的节目不仅在日本北海道地区播放，在国内也有多个频率转播，为两国的音乐爱好者建立纽带。然而基于某些原因，他未能将这份自己热爱的事业持续下去，选择进修后闯东京，继而投身其他行业。转眼多年过去，小苏从生活了20年的日本离开回到国内自己的家乡西安，同时在业余时间重启了属于自己的音乐节目《日音时光机》。一次偶然的机会，小苏从听友的口中听说了播客《日谈公园》，却惊喜发现该节目的主播李叔竟是他2007年第一次去泰国游玩时的旅伴……


小苏与李叔是如何相识的？又是怎样结下了共游泰国的缘分？在日本做电台DJ是种怎样的体验？这份热爱的工作给他留下了哪些珍贵回忆？当初为何放弃了这份工作？又为何在近20年后选择从日本回到中国？原本已经失去联系，却在多年后不仅得以重逢还成为同行的小苏与李叔聊聊关于回忆、关于音乐和关于播客的那些事。
