On this week’s episode of The FAB Podcast, Kristin Ray speaks with Christina Hovestadt, Community Relations Manager for the National Football League (NFL) about the importance of female mentoring in the sports industry and how to help yourself to stand out among the crowd, even when you haven’t had a strong career mentor.  Christina talks about her journey in this industry and how she came to be working in your position for the NFL.  She explains what her job entails and why she finds it fulfilling. Christina also shares her experiences with female mentors and why she believe it’s so important for women in the sports industry to be casting aside the competitiveness that this industry breeds, in order to mentor and support each other.
