In this episode, I interview Jason Sizemore. After 21 years serving as an educator & administrator in public schools in Pennsylvania and New York Jason took a big leap to focus on a vegan cooking class & vegan products business he had started on the side. Jason has learned firsthand that being an educator can mean so much more than being in a classroom. We chat all about the mindset challenges he faced when making this big decision and how he continues to give back and support schools from outside of the classroom.
