Listener Challenge #11
Keep tract of daily supplement goals on a 3×5 note card. On the left side, up and down, list goal items. Think of tiny tasks which build after time and repetition. For example, floss, vitamin supplements, exercise, meditation and chores are a great place to start. On the top of the card write the date for today, and the next five to seven days. Draw lines to create a grid. Mark off boxes for completed items each day. Become mindful of patterns. Which goals are completed vs avoided?
