12: Walter Babst, "Well, you saw. Go get a can of Coke."

Walter, 43 years old at the time, chatted up a girl he believed to be twelve by the name of "Beth". He expressed his desire to meet the girl, get her naked, and have sex. He also showed interest in eating his own sperm, telling her it tasted like pancake batter and that he would ejaculate on her body and lick the sperm off to make sure she didn't get pregnant. He was also hung up on having her wear a plaid skirt for their meeting.

When he rolled up to the house, he was dressed in the "cool dad" style, but when he saw Chris Hansen, his blood went cold. 

Chris read pieces of his chatlog causing him no end of discomfort and then mentioned the dick pic he had sent Beth, letting him know it was a federal offense. Babst tried to deny he sent it, but Chris read the chat immediately after the transmission of the pic where he compared his girth to "a can of Coke", which immediately shut him down.
