05 Being an academic and a consultant with Felicity Daly
Felicity describes herself as a researcher and advocate.
She has focused on the gender and sexual and reproductive health and rights space for many years and has always had a strong desire to serve in her work. Purpose-driven organisations and institutions are important to her.
In our conversation today we cover how she almost fell into consulting and what it is like working as a consultant alongside studying for a Doctorate in Public Health. We talk about timeline management, the importance of technical depth, and frankly how consulting is definitely not for everyone.
