On this episode, Tim welcomes mental health advocate for Postpartum Depression, Rachelle Rozon. As a male without any children, Tim is looking to learn more from different spectrums on mental health disorders. There is a lot of interesting information that is shared in this interview, that will hopefully educate mothers, future parents, or just anyone looking to learn about postpartum.
Tim went into this a bit nervous, due to the topic & not wanting to say or ask the wrong thing, but Rachelle did a great job at answering difficult questions, as well as sharing her experience with postpartum depression. Tim did however know what a midwife was before coming into this conversation.
Tim & Rachelle have some fun at the end of the episode, talking about their favorite Adam Sandler movies, Canada stereotypes and 3 ridiculous things they are grateful for. Rachelle has multiple resources to help mothers struggling with postpartum. You can learn more by following Rachelle on Instagram
PSA: Both Tim McCarthy & Rachelle Rozon are NOT mental health professionals. If you think you are feeling suicidal, please dial 911.
