As an ex-New Zealand Police Officer and Diplomatic Protection Officer for the Prime Minister who suffered from PTSD, anxiety, and major burnout Chris Chandler-Yates learned specific things not to do to perform at his maximum ability. He left the Police to find himself again and has gone on a journey to change the mental health of first responders and busy professionals. His teaching is simple: how to perform at a higher level by doing less. He does this using NLP and mindset changes to build a strong shift and foundation quickly.
