Today I’m sharing an interview that truly brings me so much joy, gratitude and also pride.

I got to have a good friend back on the show Natalie Tysdal, who’s built a career of 28 years as a journalist and news anchor and recently took the leap, decided to leave something stable to try something new.

Her 2nd act as she calls it, is starting a podcast and focusing on topics that light her up, such as family, health and  mindset. We talked about learning to  love to do hard things, facing challenges, adjusting to transitions and so much more.
