Leaving Beirut for Sydney
Welcome to another episode of 30 minutes with DailyStraits.com. Our guest today is Beirut-born Carole Issa, who is the founder of Alephpreneur, a Sydney-based company that works with local and global business owners and their teams to help them go from good to great. Have you ever been interested in running your own consultancy business but have no clue on how to start? Well, then you are in luck, as we take a break from our New Zealand entrepreneurial series to feature a local Aussie's journey, instead. As a consultant, Carole's speciality lies in coaching executives and their teams in large enterprises, SMEs (small and medium enterprises) and startups. Besides running her own business, Carole is also a public speaker and is the host of the Leadership Activators podcast. She has been invited to present talks both domestically and internationally to share her expertise in issues pertaining to leadership, emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurship. So, today, we are gonna talk to Carole about how she got her coaching business from the ground up. Without further ado, let’s listen to the interview.
