You don’t have to turn out as bad as your dad!
You don’t have to turn out as bad as your dad.
In this podcast I share on life lessons from Hezekiah. Hezekiah’s father ( AHAZ) was a wicked king who worshipped the Baals and also offered his children to the fire. He took the things of the temple and presented to the king of Assyria, cut the furnishings from the temple in pieces and shut the doors of the Lord’s temple. When he died he was not buried in the tombs of the kings of Israel. Hezekiah grew up with no role model whatsoever, yet Hezekiah did what was right in the eyes of the Lord. In the 1st month of the 1st year, he opened the doors of the temple and repaired them. He removed all the “defilements” from the temple and corrected the wrongs of his father. It took 16 days for the priests to clean up the temple. Hezekiah restored the place, priest and principles of God. Only after this was done, could the people freely worship the true God. Hezekiah, did you what was right in the eyes of the Lord. There is hope for the next generation. Be blessed ❤️
