CATCH: Creating a Team of Courage and Hope for Women with Anxiety and Depression

Jessica Tsur is the founder of CATCH, Creating a Team of Courage and Hope, which is an organization for women struggling with mental health challenges. She is also runs both a day care and a gemach for women’s and childrens’ clothing, Levli Gemach. Jessica has been very open about her struggles with severe anxiety and depression and the associated stigma. She realized that there is a huge need for all types of support for women with mental health challenges, which was the impetus for creating CATCH.
