My Tuesday Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion is class 11 of our 32-class structured study of Vipassana, True Introspective Insight into the Three Marks of Human Existence.
This class talk is on the three sutras that describe the Buddha's meaning of becoming. It is in each moment that we have the opportunity to "become" awakened – develop full human, activity – or become further ignorant by continuing to ignore Four Noble Truths.

Each Dhamma class will have a Jhana meditation session followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion. We conclude with mindfulness of Metta.
